JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high level customer satisfaction.
Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, enhance profitability.
Hire, Train and oversee new staff
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements and profits.
Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
Monitor inventory levels and order new items
Maintains KPI's
Handling store sales and operations
Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Store Sales achievement.
Monitor and maintain store inventory
Motivate staff to perform to achieve their target
REQUIREMENTS
- Looking for someone from a retail luxury fashion house/ multi-designer wear with a good experience in apparel's
Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customers service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
Candidates with a fashion and apparel background preferred.
Strong & Capable enough to handle store targets & team.
Preferred Experience:
8- 15yrs.
