Drive retail packaging design with a strong understanding of structure, print feasibility, and shelf impact
Design digital e-comm communication such as website banners, category pages, and campaign creatives aligned to in-store narratives
Conceptualize and execute OOH creatives across formats and scales
Own on-ground execution including vendor coordination, print checks, and rollout readiness
Manage and mentor a design team , ensuring quality, speed, and consistency
Collaborate with brand, retail, marketing, and digital teams to translate ideas into seamless omni-channel experiences.
7–8 years of total design experience , with 3–4 years in retail design (preferred)
Experience in furniture, furnishing, home décor, or home improvement categories is a plus
Strong hands-on exposure across in-store comms, packaging, OOH, and digital retail creatives
Prior team management experience
An idea-first mindset backed by strong execution and attention to detail.
A strong portfolio showcasing retail environments, packaging, digital, and large-format work
