Mumbai
Experience:
8–10 years in retail management
Background:
Sports / Fitness industry preferred
Exposure:
Luxury or premium retail sales mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
Drive store sales, KPIs & P&L performance
Lead, coach & develop high-performing retail teams

Oversee store operations, VM, inventory & staffing
Execute in-store events & local community activations
