The Role We are looking for a  mature, customer-focused, and operations-strong Store Manager  to lead our  Luxury Garment Care Studio  in a premium mall in Kandivali.
This is a  hands-on leadership role  managing a high-visibility, live service environment catering to premium and luxury customers.

Services You Will Manage  Premium Dry Cleaning & Laundry
Alterations, Garment Up-cycling & Transformations
Luxury Leather Care (Bags, Shoes & Accessories)
Live Sneaker Cleaning Studio

Key Responsibilities  Own  end-to-end store operations  and service quality
Maintain  luxury SOPs, hygiene, and visual standards
Lead, train, and motivate front-end and technical teams
Deliver a concierge-style customer experience
Build relationships with repeat and high-value customers
Drive monthly revenue, control costs, and minimize rework
Ensure compliance with mall, POS, and brand processes

Ideal Candidate Profile Experience as  Store Manager / Assistant Manager  in  mall-based service retail , such as:
Premium Dry Cleaning
Luxury Salons / Spas
Boutique Service Concepts
Excellent  communication and customer-handling skills
Calm, organized, and detail-oriented with leadership maturity
Comfortable managing live service environments
Professionals returning after a career break  and seeking a  stable leadership role  are  strongly encouraged to apply
Exposure to POS / CRM systems is a plus
