The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand founded in 2013. Today, we are one of India’s largest online merchandising platforms, with licensing partnerships including Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL and Viacom
18 among others.
We create products inspired by pop culture - superheroes, movies, TV shows cartoons—while also staying deeply rooted in evolving youth fashion and lifestyle trends. Alongside our core men’s and women’s apparel categories, we are actively expanding into new product lines such as active wear, Supima products, personal care (perfumes), footwear and backpacks.
While we began as a digital-first brand, we have steadily expanded into offline retail and currently operate 60+ stores across India, with further pan-India expansion underway.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsible for designing creatives for one of our fastest growing assets for our offline retail stores (store creatives)
Adept at packaging design and continuously making enhancements by
giving creative inputs.
Keen to follow latest design trends in visual, digital, and graphic design
with an excellent eye for typography and layout.
Creation of digital marketing assets e.g., banners, ads, social media,
carousels and other marketing collaterals.
Executing any visual communication project assigned from time to time.
Competencies & Abilities :
Fluent in Adobe photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Proven ability to think conceptually to solve design problems proactively
Obsessed with details and has a strong eye for alignment. ie. strong organization skills and the ability to priorities overlapping tasks/projects
- Takes complete ownership of work and finishes the task on set deadlines.
Flexible and adaptable to changing task priorities and workload in a fast-paced challenging environment
Understands TSS merchandise and the fandom, pop culture space and has a hearty appetite for growth creative horsepower
