Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Sales Associate role based in Mumbai. The Jewelry Sales Associate will engage with clients to provide exceptional customer experiences, assist with product selection, and effectively communicate the unique features of our collections. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining the retail area, building lasting client relationships, and achieving sales targets through professional retail sales techniques.

Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Proven expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and enhancing the Customer Experience.
Experience in Retail Sales, including a solid understanding of sales techniques and handling luxury products.
Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Attention to detail and passion for luxury jewelry are highly valued.
Availability to work on-site in Mumbai, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Previous experience in jewelry retail or luxury sales is necessary.
