Role Overview :
We are looking for a smart, articulate, and proactive Analyst to join our Retail Audit vertical within the Research & Consulting team. The role focuses on executing and managing international audit projects — providing insights into brand visibility, pricing, and promotions — through global research engagements and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage international store audit projects across markets, with a focus on execution quality and timely delivery.
Coordinate with international vendors, audit partners, and in-market teams to gather on-ground insights.
Design and implement questionnaires, scorecards, and audit tools based on client requirements.
Analyze audit data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable recommendations.
Prepare client-ready reports and presentations in a clear, professional format.
Directly communicate with global clients , handling updates, queries, and feedback effectively.
Ensure project documentation, trackers, and SOPs are maintained meticulously.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting client deadlines and quality expectations.
What We're Looking For:
0–2 years of experience in retail audits, market research, or mystery shopping coordination.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong client handling and stakeholder management experience.
Ability to coordinate remotely across time zones with professionalism and clarity.
Analytical mindset with experience in handling audit/reporting data.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
Experience working on global or cross-border projects is a strong advantage.
Exposure to retail, FMCG, or consumer goods industries preferred.
