Formulation Development Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize drug formulations for oral, parenteral, topical, or other dosage forms.
Conduct pre-formulation studies including solubility, stability, and compatibility assessments.
Design and perform experiments to evaluate excipient compatibility, drug release, and bioavailability.
Prepare prototypes and conduct pilot-scale batches for technology transfer to manufacturing.
Collaborate with Analytical Development to ensure product quality and stability testing.
Maintain documentation for formulation development, batch records, and experimental data.
Support regulatory submissions by providing formulation data and reports.
Troubleshoot formulation or process issues during development or scale-up.
Stay updated with emerging formulation technologies and regulatory guidelines.
