Role Purpose
The Operations Lead is the guardian of the production engine. In our high-volume environment, you are responsible for the daily health and efficiency of the workflow between the Clients and our Production Hub .
Your mission is to ensure that every brief—regardless of the channel—is acknowledged, validated, and actioned with precision. You are the senior escalation point who "jumps in" to resolve bottlenecks and manages the communication of capacity and risk to the Client to ensure seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership
Lead end-to-end production operations across Print, Digital, and Broadcast verticals.
Ensure streamlined workflows, SLA adherence, and scalable processes across studio functions.
Act as the primary quality gatekeeper—validate briefs, ensure clarity, and assign work efficiently.
Partner with global operational leads to maintain consistency and delivery excellence across geographies.
Execution Delivery Control
Maintain full accountability for intake, triage, and assignment of all incoming briefs.
Monitor daily production traffic and step in during volume spikes to reprioritize and unblock workflows.
Act as escalation lead for at-risk projects, ensuring alignment and on-time delivery.
Maintain real-time visibility on bandwidth, utilization, and capacity; proactively communicate risks to clients.
Business Financial Oversight
Support new business initiatives from an operational feasibility lens.
Manage production KPIs including utilization, billability, margins, and forecasting.
Partner with Finance and HR on budgeting, hiring plans, and vendor management.
Operational Excellence
Identify friction points in the production lifecycle and implement practical improvements.
Drive efficiency, cost optimization, and digital workflow enhancements.
Candidate Profile
10+ years in production/operations within a high-volume studio environment.
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and profitability.
Deep understanding of Print, Digital, and Broadcast production life cycles.
Decisive operator with strong escalation management and client communication skills.
Proven leader of cross-functional and multicultural teams.
