Position:
Production Supervisor
Experience:
5–7 Years
Industry: Food Processing / Manufacturing
Qualification:
B.Tech (Food Technology / Food Engineering / Relevant Field)
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily production activities
Ensure compliance with quality & food safety standards
Monitor productivity and optimize process efficiency
Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams
Maintain production records and reports
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Ideal Candidate
Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes
Experience in handling production teams
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and compliance standards
Good leadership and problem-solving skills
