PPIC Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly production plan for export finished goods using SAP (T-Codes MD16 & MD04).
Conduct MRP runs at plant level (MD02 & MD01) to generate planned orders and convert them into process orders for production execution.
Generate purchase requisitions (PR) for raw materials (RM) and packing materials (PM) after MRP run (MD16 & MD04).
Ensure timely availability of RM and PM at locations according to production plan and safety stocks.
Update marketing and relevant stakeholders weekly on critical product status.
Track export order status weekly, monitor RM/PM shortages, OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) performance, and CAPA/action plans for delayed orders.
Follow up with Commercial team for timely dispatch and delivery of RM/PM.
Coordinate with R&D, ADL, and Packaging departments for scale-up batches, batch releases, and PM artwork development.
Review and update safety stocks periodically in SAP/Vector Flow with approvals.
Communicate with Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA) regarding requirements and provide updates weekly.
Prepare SIS (Scale-up Intimation Sheet) fortnightly and follow up with the documentation team.
Prepare batch size approval forms and monitor production to ensure compliance with approved batch sizes.
Maintain system hygiene in SAP by closing small quantity PRs, process orders, planned orders, and purchase orders in coordination with Commercial team.
Prepare various statements and MIS reports for management review and agenda discussions.
Update DRA agenda and monitor sample and packing requirements.
Update R&D agenda, manage excess RM sheets, and ensure SIS documentation compliance.
Respond to plant shortage queries and coordinate resolution.
Liquidate non-moving RM/PM across locations to optimize inventory.
