We are looking for a dynamic and driven Tech Transfer Specialist with a background in Chemical Engineering or a Master's in Science to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the commercial manufacturing of caffeine to meet global quality standards.

* Oversee technology transfer from R&D to production while ensuring scale-up efficiency and compliance.

* Coordinate outsourcing activities for APIs and key ingredients, maintaining stringent control over quality, yield, and productivity.

* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide innovative operational solutions to improve output and performance.

What We're Looking For:

* Strong technical knowledge in chemical processes and production.

* Experience in tech transfer and outsourcing in the API or chemical sector.

* Ability to drive teams and ensure high productivity with a focus on quality and compliance.
