Where You'll Make a Difference
Understand the Flavorist role, how it fits into the business & contributes to the bottom line.
Broaden business understanding of other functions; production, quality control, sales & marketing, sensory & consumer insights.
Learn to assess creative position on business projects.
Understand rationale to create, cost to serve & communicating the rationale behind decisions.
Demonstrate ability to work within a team as a team member.
Understand key steps in projects from creation to production.
Build understanding on key communication steps in projects.
Structured learning of raw materials – Naturals, (essential oils, extracts etc.) & aroma chemical.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of similar experience in Flavors or Food & Beverage industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for flavor innovation.
High attention to detail and sensory awareness.
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and evolve.
