Job Overview

Job Description :
- Lead and oversee all aspects of plant operations, including planning, organizing, and directing production activities.
Develop and maintain efficient production processes to meet organizational goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Implement innovative strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste across the production line.
Manage plant performance metrics, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet compliance standards.
Coordinate with various departments to optimize inventory levels, ensuring adequate resources are available for production needs.
