Production + Operation Executive

Job Location :

Experience :

- 2 to 4 years of exp in production (Manufacturing Industries)

Need Candidate who can relocate to Mumbai office.

Job Summary
The  Production & Operations Executive  is responsible for managing day-to-day production activities and operational processes to ensure efficient workflow, timely delivery, cost control, and adherence to quality and safety standards.  All work, from the ordering of machine parts to their dispatch, is handled by the production Executive / Lead.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production and operations activities
Ensure production targets are met as per schedule and quality standards
Oversee operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, and stores teams
Manage manpower allocation and shift planning
Monitor raw material usage, inventory levels, and wastage control
Prepare the list of   inventory to   Order   for production & also maintain the inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational policies
Prepare and maintain production & operations reports
Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Support management in operational planning and decision-making
Pan India Travelling for solving client issues.
Client Co-ordination for any product queries.
Handle Production Team overall.
Government and international client handling.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Operations,  ( MBA / PG or any relevant master degree. )
Strong understanding of production and operations management
Knowledge of quality control, SOPs, and safety standards
Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Skills
Experience in manufacturing / factory / plant operations
Knowledge of ERP, MIS, or production planning systems
Cost control and process optimization exposure
