Manufacturing Head

We are seeking a hands-on, execution-driven Manufacturing Manager with 5 years of experience in automotive, EV, or battery manufacturing. This role will be central to setting up, stabilizing, and scaling Coulomb Litech's lithium battery manufacturing operations.

You will work closely with leadership, product development, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure robust production systems, high build quality, and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end manufacturing of lithium battery modules and packs, including assembly, testing, and dispatch
Set up and optimize production lines for liquid-cooled battery systems, including cold plates, CCS, and pack integration
Drive production planning, line balancing, capacity planning, and manpower management
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards relevant to EV battery manufacturing
Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and BMS teams on new product introduction (NPI)
Manage tooling, jigs & fixtures, vendors, and shop-floor infrastructure
Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve throughput, yield, and cost
Track KPIs related to output, quality, efficiency, scrap, and downtime
Support scale-up from pilot builds to volume production

Required Partition and

Skills:

5+ years of experience in automotive, EV, or lithium battery manufacturing
Strong hands-on experience in setting up or scaling production lines or factories
Solid understanding of battery pack assembly, shop-floor operations, and quality systems
Experience in fast-paced or startup manufacturing environments preferred
Strong execution, people management, and cross-functional coordination skills

Education

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Automobile Engineering
