Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement of Medical and Food Grade gloves , ensuring timely availability and cost efficiency.
Work closely with glove manufacturers to align production schedules, specifications, and delivery timelines.
Ensure quality control (QC) alignment across suppliers, including raw material standards, production processes, and final product compliance.
Coordinate with internal quality, regulatory, and operations teams to meet industry certifications and compliance requirements.
Evaluate and onboard manufacturers based on quality, capacity, and reliability benchmarks.
Monitor supplier performance, address deviations, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, material innovations, and regulatory changes related to gloves manufacturing.
Mandatory Requirements
Prior experience working with a reputable glove manufacturer (mandatory).
Educational background in Chemicals Engineering, Materials Engineering.
Experience handling medical-grade and food-grade compliance requirements.
