About Us:

We are a leading manufacturer of customised equipment for food processing and solid waste processing lines. Our fabrication shop handles SS and MS structures, including conveyors, silos, shredders, mixers, dewatering shakers, and support platforms for large process lines.

Role Overview :
We are seeking a hands‑on leader to oversee our customised production line operations. The ideal candidate will be process‑driven, shop‑floor oriented, and capable of driving productivity, discipline, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Production Oversight:

• Lead and manage customised production lines for food processing and solid waste processing equipment.

• Process Optimisation:
Minimise bottlenecks and improve productivity through effective use of man, material, and machine.

• Continuous Improvement:
Implement changes to machinery, production systems, and methods of working to improve quality, cost, delivery, and productivity.

• Time Study & Line Balancing:
Conduct time studies and activity analyses to balance assembly lines and achieve the targeted TAKT time.

• Customised Machine Building:
Oversee all processes involved in customised machine building, including cutting, bending, welding, painting, finishing, and assembly.

• SOP Development:
Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production, planning, and purchase functions.

• Capacity Assessment:
Evaluate current production capacity and implement strategies for capacity development.

• Leadership & Mentoring:
Build, lead, and mentor shop‑floor teams; foster discipline, hygiene, and accountability.

• Coordination:
Work closely with planning and purchase teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects and timely updates to management.

• Problem Solving:
Address recurring mistakes, delays, and communication gaps with proactive solutions.

• Industry Awareness:
Stay updated on current manufacturing trends and apply best practices to fabrication and assembly processes.

Requirements/Qualifications & Skills

• Strong leadership qualities: problem solving, decision making, team building, skill development, empathy.

• Hands‑on approach: must be present on the shop floor, not limited to office work.

• Process‑driven mindset with ability to enforce discipline and hygiene standards.

• Experience in customised production lines, preferably in fabrication shops dealing with SS and MS structures.

• Knowledge of equipment such as conveyors, silos, shredders, mixers, dewatering shakers, and support structures for food and waste processing lines.

• Ability to mentor teams and instil accountability in reporting and project execution.
