Job Description:
- Oversee execution and ensure alignment with Project goals
- Should be able to ensure timely delivery of Samples, Software’s, vehicles etc as per project requirement
- Coordinate monthly package release and testing
- Maintain drop and Jira workflows, schedule & moderate monthly workshops
- Review maturity reports and track progress
- Ensure alignment with validation plans and results
- Configure JIRA for DVP use, manage custom workflows
Skill Set:
- Know how of new product development cycle in Automotive industry (OEM/Tier 1 timeline management, quality management, etc
- Sound knowledge of basic vehicle electronics components and in vehicle communication between different ECUs
- Hands on experience with tools such as CANAnalyser, CANOe would be helpful
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Should have reasonable experience with Risk management, change management, problem resolution, component validation cycles
- Basic CAS know how, should able to read and understand component drawings
- Proficient with Microsoft offices tools such as word, power point, excel
- know how of DFMEA, 8D, ISO
26262, JIRA, Issue tracking, RMDV would be beneficial
- PMP certifications would be an added advantage
