Role:
End-to-End Production cycle

Responsibilities
- 1. Procurement and Sourcing - Textile Sourcing;
Vendor Development and management.
2. Sample Development - Taking lead on Sample creations;
Plan delivery of fabric, trims, labels and other packaging material for production
3. Production Planning - Managing production flow;
Time and Action Plan.
4. Co-ordination - Real time co-ordination with pattern makers and tailors; developing Size charts, Grading and Tech Pack.
5. Quality Control - Managing QA-QC process at factory ensuring highest quality product is shipped to customers.

Candidate requirements
- 1. Should have Fashion/Merchandising/Design background and should hold a Degree in the same field from a reputed Institute.
2. Should possess good knowledge of Sourcing / Fabric /Merchandising knowledge.
3. Proficient in MS-Excel; google sheets.
4. Minimum experience 3-5 years and should have worked in Export/Retail companies.
5. Great communications skills
6. Should be a go-getter with high level of persistence
7. Preference shall be given to those having an E-Commerce background
