Over the past decade, Kiron Food Processing Technologies (KFPT) has played a vital role in finding innovative solutions by representation and connecting the best food processing systems manufacturers from around the world to India's flourishing processed food industry which covers a wide variety of Snacks, dairy products, Dried Fruits and Nuts, Fruits and Vegetables, Grains, Bakery, baked goods, candy, and other Product Categories such as Powders, Frozen, etc.
Kiron Food Processing Technologies carries out license manufacturing for global equipment manufacturers, including Lindor, Intralox, EMVE Sweden, Tummers Food Processing Solutions, Rosenqvists Food Technologies, Blue Print Automation (BPA), etc., at its 85,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility in Ahmedabad.
COMPETANCY
Currently seeking a skilled and hands-on Installation & Service Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems, with experience in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of industrial machines.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Install and commission packaging automation machines at client sites
2. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
3. Perform preventive maintenance and after-sales service
4. Train customers on machine operation and basic maintenance
5. Document service reports, installation activities, and customer feedback
6. Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and improvements
7. Travel to customer locations as needed (local & outstation)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. Diploma / B.E. /
B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics
2. 2–5 years of experience in machine installation & service
3. Strong understanding of electrical wiring, control panels, and mechanical assemblies
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
5. Basic knowledge of PLCs and automation systems is a plus
6. Good communication skills and customer service orientation
7. Willingness to travel extensively
