Project Manager / APM - Planning & Microsoft Project (MSP)

Mumbai (Dadar), Alibaug, Goa

Reporting To: PM / Project Director
Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager / APM to lead the end-to-end delivery of our luxury villa projects. This role demands an individual who combines design sensibility, execution excellence, and process governance, effectively bridging Design, Construction, Procurement, and Finance departments. Your goal will be to ensure that every Isprava home is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE)
Postgraduate degree in Construction Management or Project Management (preferred)
Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding of planning concepts and the project life cycle.
Proven experience in Planning & Microsoft Project (MSP) is mandatory.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other project management software is required.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in project management within the real estate sector, preferably in luxury residential projects.
Experience in project coordination, construction management, or interior fit out.
