Role and Responsivities:
The Research Manager/ Senior Research Manager responsible for executing customized market research projects for the corporate clients. The profile requires the candidates to work with his/her senior research team on key milestones of the project. This includes discussions with the clients, proposal writing, questionnaire preparation, analysis and report writing. The role requires working closely with the Research Director, Business Head ensuring the successful execution of the work.
Responsibilities.
- Work directly with clients to understand their business questions and turn them into actionable research plans.
- Draft proposals and lead projects from start to finish.
- Guide and mentor junior researchers, helping them grow and succeed.
- Review and validate questionnaires and survey designs to make sure everything is spot on.
- Keep an eye on project timelines and budgets, stepping in quickly if challenges arise.
- Dive into data to uncover insights and craft clear, compelling stories for clients.
- Deliver reports and presentations that don’t just inform but inspire decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Client Success to ensure seamless delivery.
Your Profile:
- Master’s/MBA in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in quantitative market research.
- Strong communication skills — you’re confident speaking with clients and just as good at writing clear, structured reports.
- Leadership skills to coach junior researchers and keep projects on track.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn numbers into meaningful insights.
- Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — someone who doesn’t wait for problems to be solved, but steps in to solve them.
