Creating a business plan for the financial year for the existing portfolio
Developing a support plan that will help achieve the objectives
Accountable for successful and timely execution of agreed activities on the brand
Regular Reporting of business performance of the portfolio
Assessment of opportunities in Antiseptic and adjacent categories
Developing hypothesis on ways to tap those opportunities
Assessing the validity of the hypothesis on developmental as well as consumer relevance front
Executing the final agreed strategic plan for the category thru cross-functional coordination and external vendor management.
Lead all brand & product management analysis, planning & execution for the brand, including product development, creative and promotions
Monitor market changes, trade issues, competitive brands communications and product development activities and to actively share key findings internally
Must have 8-12 years of experience in managing a brand in antiseptic /OTC wellness/competitive strategy
Must have experience in independantly managing a brand or category or a category for atleast 3-5 years
At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Distribution starcture would be essential. Hanging commerical knowledge of entire business is a requirment and advantage
