Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Works, located in Mumbai. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing projects, ensuring quality control, leading teams, handling procurement processes, and managing budgets. The role requires diligent focus on efficiency and productivity while maintaining a safe, compliant workplace.
Qualifications
Experience in Budgeting and Procurement
Team Leadership and Project Management skills
Knowledge and application of Quality Control practices
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant industry experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
