Training Manager

Role Overview :
The Training / Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery of training programs — ensuring smooth execution, team performance, stakeholder coordination, and learning outcomes. This role requires a blend of operational excellence, people management, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage training projects to ensure on-time and quality delivery.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers and coordinators.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand training needs and design execution plans.

• Track and report project performance, budgets, and learning effectiveness.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance guidelines.

• Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and innovation in training delivery.

• Manage escalations and proactively address project risks or gaps.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate with 6–10 years of relevant experience in training or project management.

• Proven experience in managing large-scale training programs or learning projects.

• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools; exposure to LMS or digital learning platforms is an advantage.

• Experience in Sales /Telecom / Retail domains preferred.
