General Manager - Sales & Operations (Warehousing Division)
Operational Leadership: Manage end-to-end warehousing, distribution, and transportation operations for specific customer contracts to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
Financial Accountability: Full P&L (Profit and Loss) responsibility for the contract, including budget development, cost control programs, and achieving profit objectives.
Strategic Growth: Drive organic growth by developing additional business opportunities with existing customers and supporting new project biddings.
Performance Management: Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Kaizen) to enhance productivity.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for senior-level client interactions, negotiating contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Team Development: Attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent, building future leadership through training and performance appraisals.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure facility safety and security, adhering to federal, state, and local statutes as well as corporate quality standards
Responsible for the P&L of the Vertical
