Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will oversee project execution, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure compliance with design and safety standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, tracking project progress, resolving challenges, and maintaining high-quality project delivery. The role requires proactive leadership and strategic planning to meet project goals effectively.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and risk management
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and resource allocation
Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety regulations
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Relevant industry certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred
Prior experience in real estate project development is an added advantage
