About
The Role
As a Lead – International Sales (Dubai), you will be responsible for shaping and executing the international sales strategy for the Dubai markets. You will play a key role in market development, team leadership and client engagement, ensuring the alignment of internal teams and external partners for successful execution.
Key responsibilities
Strategic leadership and market development
- Design and implement the international sales strategy for the Dubai markets, aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Identify growth opportunities and develop tailored go-to-market (GTM) plans based on customer behaviour and market dynamics -
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define market-entry and expansion strategies
Set ambitious team targets and develop a roadmap to surpass them
Team leadership and performance management
- Lead, manage, and expand the international sales team with clear roles, responsibilities and performance metrics.
Provide regular coaching, feedback and development plans to strengthen team capability
Create a high-performance culture driven by ownership, accountability and collaboration
Inspire and align the team around strategic goals and customer-centric values
Partner engagement and ecosystem development
- Guide domestic channel partners to generate and convert leads from international markets -
- Onboard and mentor new channel partners, ensuring strong relationships and enhanced outreach
Align internal teams with external partners for cohesive execution and consistent performance
Client engagement and market positioning
- Oversee high-value international client interactions, including site visits and the closure process
Ensure the team effectively communicates product value, differentiation and compliance with international standards
Build long-term client relationships that drive sustained revenue and referrals
Results ownership and execution excellence
- Own the responsibility of achieving international sales targets and driving profitability from the Dubai - -
- Monitor key performance metrics, track lead conversion and refine strategies for continuous improvement
Use data insights to optimise team and market performance
Represent the company at international exhibitions, roadshows and client forums
Who are we looking for
Education
MBA in Sales & Marketing
Experience
8 to 15 years in international sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
Skills
Proven success in delivering sales results in developed markets, preferably the Dubai
Strong strategic acumen, with the ability to transform market insights into actionable plans
Inspirational leader with the ability to guide teams through ambiguity and change
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Experience in partner/channel ecosystem development and cross-functional collaboration
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
