Manager/Senior Manager - Campus Hiring
Location:
Goregaon, Mumbai
Job Description:
The Campus Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive campus hiring strategy to attract top early‑career talent from premier institutes. This role builds strong relationships with educational institutions, drives employer branding on campuses, manages end‑to‑end hiring cycles, and partners with business stakeholders to fulfil talent needs for internship and full-time programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campus Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement annual campus hiring strategy aligned with business talent needs.
Identify target campuses (Tier 1, 2, and specialized institutes) and maintain institute engagement plans.
Collaborate with business leaders to forecast talent demand and support workforce planning.
2. Campus Relationship Management
Build and sustain strong relationships with placement cells, faculty, and student bodies.
Represent the organization at pre-placement talks, job fairs, panel discussions, and corporate events.
Organize on-campus and virtual hiring drives, including assessments, GDs, interviews, and engagement events.
3. Candidate Engagement & Experience
Design and implement candidate engagement initiatives (competitions, hackathons, webinars, etc.).
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout selection, offers, and onboarding stages.
Track and analyze candidate pipeline, feedback, and conversion ratios.
4. Selection & Assessment Operations
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment events including scheduling, assessment deployment, and interview panels.
Drive consistent evaluation standards and ensure fairness in assessments.
Manage offer processes, compensation alignment, documentation, and pre-boarding.
5. Program Management
Oversee internship and management trainee programs – induction, rotations, performance tracking, and conversion.
Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting for leadership review.
Continuously enhance program structure based on feedback and business outcomes.
6. Employer Branding
Partner with Marketing/Branding teams to strengthen campus presence through campaigns and social media.
Conceptualize branding events such as workshops, innovation challenges, and student ambassador programs.
7. Compliance & Vendor Management
Ensure adherence to recruitment compliance and organizational hiring policies.
Manage external partners and vendors for assessments, events, and logistics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required;
Post-graduate degree in HR or related fields preferred.
6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years focused on campus hiring.
Strong understanding of Indian education ecosystem and campus hiring dynamics.
