Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods
Plan, track, and monitor shipments and transportation schedules
Coordinate with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams
Maintain logistics and supply chain documentation, records, and reports
Monitor inventory movement and support demand and supply planning
Resolve logistics issues such as delays, shortages, or damages
Ensure compliance with logistics policies, safety standards, and regulations
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
1-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics tracking systems
Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems is preferred
Good communication and vendor management skills
