Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Regulatory Affairs Executive. The primary responsibilities include preparing and reviewing regulatory documents, Draft high-quality legal documents, representations & submissions to authorities, Assist clients (Indian & international) with audits, incentives, dispute resolution & policy matters, Work in a dynamic, client-focused environment with exposure to diverse regulatory challenges.
Qualifications
Qualification:
LLB / Law Graduate OR Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience:
2–3 years (relevant)
Strong preference:
Hands-on experience in Indirect Taxation — GST , Customs laws, assessments, refunds, appeals, etc.
Must-have skill:
Excellent legal drafting (opinions, replies, appeals, representations, notices, etc.)
Additional plus:
Knowledge of trade policies, SEZ/ EOU incentives, DGFT procedures
