Key Responsibilities:
. Conduct legal research, analysis, and updates on regulatory changes relevant to the
business.
. Draft and review legal agreements, and contracts (NDAs, service agreements, vendor
contracts, etc.).
. Prepare compliance checklists and maintain documentation and records.
. Provide support on corporate actions such as M&A, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets,
and other general corporate matters.
. Support the business on day-to-day legal queries and provide timely advice.
. Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
. Participate in process improvement initiatives within the legal function.
. Assisting in obtaining various business licenses and registrations.
. Involve in automation and templating initiatives collaborating with internal / external
technology service providers to deliver automated solutions for legal documents.
Qualifications & Skills
. Bachelor's degree in law (BLS/LLB)
. 1 - 3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in financial services, NBFCs, or a
law firm handling trade finance or corporate advisory
. Strong understanding of contract law, company law, and RBI / FEMA-related regulations
. Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
. Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic corporate environment.
. High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
