2. Legal Research & Advisory o Conduct legal research on banking laws, RBI circulars, regulations, and case laws. o Provide preliminary legal opinions and notes under supervision of senior counsel.
3. Litigation & Case Management o Track and maintain database of ongoing litigation and legal notices. o Coordinate with external counsel and assist in preparing briefs, filings, and responses.
4. Regulatory & Compliance Support o Support compliance with RBI guidelines, Companies Act, Contract Act, and other applicable statues. o Assist in preparing legal and compliance-related reports for internal stakeholders.
5. Stakeholder Coordination o Work closely with business, operations, HR, and risk teams for legal support. o Liaise with external counsel, regulatory bodies, and statutory authorities as needed.

0–3 years of experience in a bank, NBFC, corporate legal team, or law firm.
Fresh law graduates with internships in banking/finance may also be considered.
