Job Description :
 Company Secretarial
 Yearly/Quarterly and Event Based Compliances under Companies Act, 2013.
 Handy with MCA v2 and MCA v3 Portal for filing relevant Forms with ROC.
 Preparing Minutes, maintaining Statutory books and registers.
 Handling Secretarial Compliances under Companies Act, 2013.
 Maintaining of statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
 Handy with MCA Portal v2/v3 and must have knowledge of SEBI Regulations.
 Handling of Compounding Offences with Registrar of Companies.
 Organising, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual
general meetings (AGM) and other relevant documents.
 Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, secretaries and
Key managerial Personnel (KMP).
 Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking
appropriate action.
 Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
 Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all
applicable provision of corporate and economic law, in addition to its legal and statutory
requirements.
 Visits to ROC/NCLT/SEBI as an when required.
 FEMA Compliances
 Drafting Opinions on intricate aspects of Foreign Exchange Laws.
 Compliance and Online filing of forms of Reporting Requirements
 Representation of Reserve Bank of India
 Compounding of all type of offences under FEMA
 Assistance in making investment outside India involving management of funding,
Compliance and reporting.
