Job Description :
The main escalation and supervision point for the Commercial Team Advises on and resolves matters, including contract drafting and negotiation Coordinates the commercial team s overall use of external counsel and legal support of other departments Conducts legal research and analysis on selected topics, prepares memoranda, opinions and position papers upon request Acts as main liaison point for banking and financing transactions;

resolves complex and general commercial transactions with minimal supervision Assist the operations in connection with the Company s Contract Management System and ensure strong coordination with various business units within the Company w.r.t same. Proactively addresses new processes to expedite legal support, legal documentation and management of risks Responsible for spearheading the department's improvement projects related to streamlining documentation and contracting processes Implements processes, procedures and documentation for new services Maintains the Company s standard template agreements (including service schedules) and related documentation;
Desired Skill sets Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial operations and financial principles. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting. Strategic thinking and problem solving abilities to drive business growth. Knowledge of legal aspects related to commercial contracts and compliance requirements.

Proactive and adaptable with a track record of achieving commercial targets and objectives.
