What you'll do
Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, notices, and legal documents
Handle legal opinions, compliance matters, and regulatory interpretations
Support litigation matters including drafting, coordination with advocates, and follow-ups
Represent or assist before authorities, tribunals, or courts (as applicable)
What we're looking for
Law graduate (LLB / LLM) with relevant experience
Strong drafting and legal research skills
Ability to explain legal positions in clear, business-friendly language
Good judgment, ownership mindset, and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a professional services environment
