Key Responsibilities
Litigation & Legal Work
 Handle securities litigation matters including shareholder disputes, class actions, insider
trading, market manipulation, and disclosure-related claims
 Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities
 Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, and settlement documents
 Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
 Coordinate with senior counsel on complex and high-value matters
Client Handling & Advisory
 Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients
 Provide strategic legal advice on securities law, compliance, and risk management
 Manage client communications, expectations, and timelines
 Participate in client meetings, calls, and negotiations
 Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Regulatory & Compliance
 Advise clients on securities regulations and corporate governance requirements
 Handle matters involving regulatory authorities and stock exchanges
 Assist with internal investigations and compliance reviews
Case Management
 Independently manage multiple matters and court deadlines
 Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and subject-matter experts
 Ensure timely filings and procedural compliance

Required Qualifications
 Law degree (LLB required; LLM in Securities & Investment Law preferred)
 Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, with enrollment/eligibility in the
State of Maharashtra and Goa
 3–10+ years of experience in corporate securities litigation
 Strong knowledge of securities laws, corporate regulations, and litigation procedures
