Core Sync is looking to onboard a Legal Consultant to join our growing team.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Prior experience working in a Recruitment / Executive Search Firm – Mandatory
• Lawyers with relevant exposure may also apply
• PQE: 1–4 Years
• Work Model:
Hybrid
Role Responsibilities:
• Handling end-to-end legal recruitment mandates
• Client coordination with law firms and in-house legal teams
• Candidate sourcing, screening, and interview management
• Talent mapping and market research within the legal industry
• Supporting strategic hiring and advisory projects
Skill Requirements:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management ability
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Commercial understanding of the legal market is an added advantage
