Job Title:
UI/UX Designer (2–3 Years Experience)
Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on
experience in designing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
crafting intuitive user experiences, visually engaging interfaces, and interactive prototypes, while
collaborating closely with product managers and developers to deliver high-quality digital
products.
Key Responsibilities
● Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
● Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate user flows and
interactions.
● Plan and conduct user research including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and
feedback analysis.
● Develop wireframes, user journeys, mockups, and interactive prototypes based on
product requirements.
● Translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions.
● Ensure designs follow brand guidelines, design systems, and usability standards.
● Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs and prototypes are implemented
accurately.
● Conduct usability testing on prototypes and iterate designs based on findings.
● Perform competitor and market analysis to support design decisions.
● Participate in design reviews, critiques, and cross-functional meetings.
● Maintain and organize design assets, components, and documentation.
Requirements
● Required
Qualification:
B.E/B.Tech
● 2–3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
● Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and usability best
practices.
● Proven ability to create interactive prototypes (low to high fidelity).
● Proficiency in tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
● Experience designing for responsive, mobile-first, and cross-platform applications.
● Ability to clearly communicate design concepts, prototypes, and rationale to
stakeholders.
● Experience collaborating with developers to ensure feasibility and design accuracy.
● Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
● Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
● Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
● Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
● Experience in Agile/Scrum product teams.
● A strong portfolio with prototype examples and case studies.
