Sr Technical Writer

About the Role:

We are looking for Technical Writer with strong experience in user manuals, API documentation, and product manuals typically handle creating clear, accurate docs for software products, often using tools like Postman, Confluence, and Jira. These roles emphasize collaboration with developers and Product Managers to simplify complex tech info.
What you’ll be Responsible for?
Develop and maintain API reference docs, user manuals, product guides, and tutorials with code samples and workflows.
Test APIs using Postman, track issues in Jira, and manage docs in Confluence for version control.
Review dev-written content for clarity, edit for consistency, and update docs post-releases.
What you’d have?
Proficiency in API tools (Postman for testing, Swagger/Open API for specs) and collaboration platforms (Confluence, Jira).
5+ years of experience in Technical Documentation, preferred SaaS / CpaaS based platforms.
Strong writing for technical accuracy, with experience in Markdown, REST APIs, and multimedia like diagrams or videos.
Ability to research features, liaise with engineers, and ensure docs meet user needs
