About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer  who has hands-on experience building and deploying  chatbot or conversational AI platforms . The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills along with  excellent communication abilities , as the role involves collaborating with product teams and understanding business requirements.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience  in AI / Machine Learning / Conversational AI
Proven experience working on  chatbot platforms or conversational AI systems

Experience with LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI
Hands-on experience with frameworks like Lang Chain, RAG, vector databases (FAISS / Pinecone / Chroma)  or similar
Experience integrating  APIs, voicebots, or multi-channel bots (web, Whats App, voice, etc.)
Strong programming skills in Python
Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and conversational workflows
Strong communication skills  (very important)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

Experience with  voicebots or telephony integrations (Twilio etc.)

Experience with FastAPI / backend APIs
Deployment experience on cloud or Linux servers
