Media Planning Manager

Media Planning Manager (Offline & Integrated Planning) | Mumbai

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Media Planning professional with strong experience in offline planning and exposure to integrated media solutions. The ideal candidate will be client-facing, data-driven, and capable of managing end-to-end media planning and execution.

Experience Requirement
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience

Key Expectations:
Minimum  2+ years of experience in Offline Media Planning
Ability to  manage client expectations  with strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong  data handling and analytical capabilities  to derive actionable insights
Clear understanding of  competitive and market analysis
High level of  accuracy and attention to detail
Exposure to  Digital and Integrated Media Planning

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and manage  Integrated Media Plans  across offline and digital platforms
Execute  end-to-end media planning and implementation
Conduct  competition and market analysis  to support strategic recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of media plans
Leverage data and research tools to generate insights and optimize media performance
Tools and Software (Working Knowledge Required)
UMI (BARC), TGI, GWI, IRS
Basic understanding of digital platforms such as  DV360, Google Ads, Meta, and Similar Web
Client Interaction
This is a  client-facing role  requiring strong stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience
Background in  Advertising or Media Agencies
Experience working with  FMCG clients
Exposure to  Integrated Planning
