Job Overview
The Zaggle Implementation Project Manager is responsible for implementing the Zaggle Propel Solution . This is a techno-functional role that combines both Project Manager and Implementation Manager responsibilities. This is an Individual Contributor position with overall leadership responsibility for the project including project management, managing cross-functional teams (technical consultants, operations, engineering, travel, etc.), as well as handling end-to-end functional aspects such as requirement scoping, configuration, validation support, and training.
Responsibilities
Lead overall project delivery and implementation of all Zaggle services purchased by the client
Manage multiple concurrent, complex, global, multi-phased implementations following Zaggle’s Deployment Methodology
Guide clients through all implementation phases
Conduct gap analysis, gather business requirements, and design creative solutions for complex needs
Manage client expectations, deliverables, and project scope to ensure on-time completion from Kick-off to Go-Live
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, C-Level sponsors, and client project teams
Present complex ideas and influence clients to adopt recommended best-practice solutions
Develop and maintain strong functional and technical product knowledge
Conduct remote trainings and product demonstration calls
Provide consultative expertise to clients, supporting key decisions and trade-offs
Regularly provide client status updates and escalate issues when required while maintaining project control
Fulfill project tracking and administrative responsibilities while staying well-organized
Deliver outstanding client service to achieve high implementation survey scores
Contribute to Zaggle’s implementation methodology and documentation library
Meet or exceed deployment productivity and quality metrics
Work effectively with peers, other departments, and management
Comply with all corporate policies
Qualifications – Education & Experience
Four-year degree; emphasis in Accounting or Information Systems is a plus
Experience implementing financial or hosted applications
Experience in project management, consulting, and/or software implementation
Experience with financial applications and knowledge of accounting processes
Full life-cycle financial system implementation experience
Strong organizational skills with ability to deliver on commitments
Prior client-facing/service role experience is essential
Ability to pass a background check

Strong understanding of implementation methodologies and project management in a software company
Proven problem-resolution skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fluid, and ever-changing environment
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both strategically and tactically
Strong organizational, planning, and negotiation skills
High technical aptitude with ability to understand technical concepts quickly
Finance/Accounting experience
Ability to manage ambiguity, assess situations, solve problems, and make decisions
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Results, goal and customer-service-oriented mindset
