creative, analytics, and execution. We’re looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing
Manager who understands scale, efficiency, and storytelling through numbers.
Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and scale paid media efforts for multiple
D2C brands. This role requires deep hands-on expertise, strong strategic thinking, and excellent
communication skills to manage clients, internal teams, and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other
performance channels.
● Own end-to-end performance for D2C brands — CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and scale.
● Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear, actionable strategies.
● Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad
creatives.
● Lead account-level strategy and present performance reports to clients and
stakeholders.
● Manage budgets, forecasts, and scaling strategies efficiently.
● Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in performance
marketing.
● Mentor and guide junior team members when required.
Requirements
● Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C brands.
● Proven expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (mandatory).
● Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, tracking, and analytics.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills — client-facing experience is a must.
● Highly analytical with a strong problem-solving mindset.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
● Mumbai-based candidate preferred.
