Job Scope
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and coordination of various project activities with in-depth knowledge of the  Wealth Management, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), Equity Broking Services and Asset Management  domains applications at Emkay Global. This role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, and driving software development with various stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with users and vendors to gather requirements and drive development alongside the software solutions team.
Exhibit strong leadership qualities, working both independently and within team-oriented collaborative environments.
Proactively manage and lead multiple priorities/projects simultaneously, from inception to post-implementation review.
Conduct high-level analysis for business requests and develop summary documents with an executive finish.
Engage in the planning, execution, and delivery of programmes and projects aimed at achieving business goals and objectives within specified time frames and budgets.
Cultivate a thorough understanding of how project activities contribute to the realisation of strategic business goals and operational objectives.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and project/software solutions teams to ensure that objectives are met.
Drive the implementation of multiple, complex project initiatives, closely working with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve milestones within established time frames.
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for complex programmes and projects by developing project plans designed to achieve goals and objectives within specified time frames and budgets.
Ensure consistent visibility for teams by monitoring and reporting on business objectives, programme/project achievements, and key indicators.
Communicate with project stakeholders, providing insights on issues through root cause analysis.
Facilitate collaboration on creative alternatives to project challenges with subject matter experts.
Remove obstacles and impediments to ensure that business and operational objectives are met.
Drive adoption and challenge standards, identifying and applying best practices and necessary process improvements.
Establish advanced capabilities in programme and project design where possible.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, overseeing project execution to deliver incremental business value.

Skills
8–10 years of experience in project management roles within Wealth, PMS, AMC, or Fintech firms
Familiarity in .NET framework and/or .NET Core, C# programming language, including ASP.NET Core for building APIs and web applications.
Familiarity with Python, scripting, or automation can include frameworks like Django or Flask.
Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, including responsive design principles, along with React.

JS
Strong presentation development and communication skills
Strong and demonstrable in Banking & Financial Services Domain experience
Experienced in business process development and improvement
Advanced-Expert level user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Intermediate level user of Microsoft SQL for Database queries
