Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales of our IT services, including cloud solutions, managed services, and digital transformation offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the IT services industry, and a passion for helping clients adopt technology solutions to solve business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify, prospect, and onboard new business clients across industries
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demos
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve set targets
Collaborate with pre-sales and solution architects to tailor proposals
Understand customer IT environments and recommend relevant cloud and IT services
Market & Product Knowledge
Stay up to date on IT service trends, cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), SaaS solutions, and cybersecurity offerings
Understand competitive offerings and articulate our value proposition effectively
Reporting & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and deals in CRM tools
Provide weekly/monthly reports on pipeline status and sales performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
6 years of field sales experience in IT, Cloud, or SaaS industry
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and IT services (e.g., managed services, system integration)
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Skills:
Experience in selling cloud migration, application modernization, or managed services
Understanding of industry compliance and data security considerations
Certification in cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure – foundational or sales track) is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, etc.
