We are hiring for the role of ' Associate Product Manager' who will play a key role in building scalable products for fintech/ SAAS .
Role: Associate Product Manager
Location:
Mumbai, Hybrid
Experience - 2 to 3 Years
Education - Graduation from Tier-1 or Tier-2 colleges only
Immediate joiners or early joiners ONLY.
Key Responsibilities
Convert business and customer needs into clear product specs, user stories, and one-pagers.
Collaborate with engineering/design to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Maintain high-quality product roadmap hygiene and track JIRA deliverables.
Define success metrics, monitor performance, and drive data-driven decisions.
Collect user feedback to enhance product experiences.
Manage stakeholders and ensure strong alignment across teams.
Requirements
Education:
B.Tech / B.E. from Tier-1 or Tier-2 colleges only
Experience:
2–3 years total, with at least 1-2 year in Product Management (Fintech preferred).
Familiarity with customer support tech, SQL, Excel & basic APIs.
Ability to build no-code prototypes; hands-on with GenAI tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
