Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Pre-Sales Consultant at Ravikiran Infotech. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and presenting tailored technology solutions. The role involves delivering demonstrations, addressing queries, collaborating with the sales and technical teams, and creating proposals to support client acquisition. The consultant will play a critical role in building strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless presales process.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and optimize solution strategies
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building positive client relationships
Proficiency in Consulting and Presales techniques to provide tailored solutions and close deals
Ability to work in a remote environment with efficient time management and self-motivation
Relevant experience in IT solutions and services, with an understanding of industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
