The Role:
This is a senior individual contributor role with high ownership and high influence. You'll work closely with our founders and core product team to design experiences that learners love, return to, and grow with.
You'll own complex product problems end-to-end from discovery to delivery shaping intuitive, engaging learning experiences used by millions.
This role is about craft, clarity, and impact.
What You'll Own:
End-to-End Design Ownership:
Lead discovery, ideation, prototyping and delivery for core learning experiences.
UX Craft & Systems Thinking:
Design intuitive flows, scalable patterns and consistent UI across the product.
AI × Learning Experiences:
Shape how users interact with AI tutors, assessments, feedback loops and peer learning.
Habit & Engagement Design:
Build gamification systems, habit loops and interactions that drive retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with founders, product, engineering and growth teams.
Iterate with
Purpose:
Use user feedback, research and data to refine and improve continuously
Who You Are:
4+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2C: edtech, gaming, or consumer products
Exceptional UX skills - breaking down problems, improving clarity of experience goals, creating user understanding through user research and optimising user journeys.
Strong portfolio showcasing design execution that has moved product metrics.
Solid understanding of creating strong layouts as well as delight through information hierarchy, typography and color.
Experience with responsive mobile first UI.
Experience with understanding product metrics and reading data analytics dashboards.
Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and high ownership
Clear communicator who can explain design decisions and collaborate with developers directly.
Nice to Have:
Experience designing for engagement, growth & delight.
Experience in game-design/gamification.
Ability to conceptualize micro-interactions or motion ideas
Exposure to marketing or brand design assets
Strong storytelling and UX copy skills
Project management skills
